the staff at the hotel were friendly and polite. They handled complaints efficiently, such as the noise from the room above us. We were also upgraded to a suite at no extra charge, which was a nice surprise. the stay was affordable and offered value for the price.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a restful night's sleep. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I appreciated their assistance during my stay.
I did have a couple of minor issues during my stay. I was not informed that the rooms would only be cleaned after someone checked out, which was a bit surprising when I returned to an unmade bed and towels on the floor.
